Just Ride Southend Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
As required by our current constitution.
Monday 20th November 2017 at 5.00 pm
Project 49 Alexandra Street, Southend on Sea.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and implement a change of constitution from a “constituted voluntary group” to a “charitable Incorporated Organisation”
The purpose of this exercise is to render our organisation suitable for recognition as a registered charity by the Charity Commission.
It will include the transfer of all current assets and the election of trustees to the new constitution.
Otherwise all Just Ride activities will proceed as normal.
