11.00 – 12.00 Adult coaching from basic to advanced
12.00 – 13.00 learn to ride tandem
This is Gwen
Gwen is a British cycling level 3 Road and Time Trial Coach. She teaches in special education at The St. Christopher School. She also holds British time trial records on the tandem!
She can help you develop your cycling from basic skills through to national competition level.
These sessions are just £2 a head but you do need to book as places are limited.
